How we handle your personal data

FleetSafety is the controller for the personal data collected via this website. For questions, reach us at kontakt@fleetsafety.se.

We collect the data you provide in our forms: name, company, email, phone (optional) and free text in message or demo enquiries.

Demo bookings may also include role and fleet size. For security and spam protection we log technical metadata such as IP address and browser at submission.

Contact and demo enquiries: to answer your enquiry and get in touch. The legal basis is consent and our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries.

Enquiries are kept as long as needed to handle the dialogue and any resulting business relationship, then deleted or anonymised. Technical log data is kept for a shorter period for security purposes.

We use Lovable Cloud as our data processor for hosting and storage. Outgoing confirmations and internal notifications are handled via our own email queue.

We use no third-party trackers and never sell your data.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, as well as to object to processing and withdraw consent. Contact us at kontakt@fleetsafety.se and we'll help you.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
